PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Ms. Rent 2 Own website, services, applications, or any associated platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2Nature of Services and Disclaimer of Reliance

The Services provided by Ms. Rent 2 Own are strictly for informational and facilitation purposes. The property listings, financial models, rent-to-own scenarios, and any other data provided do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or tax advice. No fiduciary relationship or real estate agency relationship is created simply by your use of this website. Formal relationships and binding obligations regarding any specific property will only be established upon the execution of a written lease, option contract, or purchase agreement signed by all relevant parties.

3Program Eligibility and Application

Participation in any rent-to-own program facilitated by us is subject to application approval and verification. You agree that:

All information you provide (including income, employment, and credit history) is true, accurate, and complete.
You authorize us and our third-party partners to conduct background checks, soft or hard credit inquiries as applicable, and verify your employment/income.
Ms. Rent 2 Own reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any application at our sole and absolute discretion without liability or obligation to disclose the specific reasons for denial (subject to applicable Fair Credit Reporting laws).

4“AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL SERVICES, PROPERTY LISTINGS, AND PLATFORM FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. MS. RENT 2 OWN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor do we warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any property listing or related content.

5Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MS. RENT 2 OWN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us to access the Services in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim, or $100 if no such payment was made.

6Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ms. Rent 2 Own, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any misrepresentation of information you provide, or your interaction with any properties or third parties sourced through our platform.

7Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You and Ms. Rent 2 Own agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

8Submissions and User Content

Any comments, feedback, information, applications, or materials you submit through or related to our Services (“User Content”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary (except for sensitive personal financial identifiers subject to our Privacy Policy). You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and disclose to third parties any such User Content for any purpose.

9Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where our principal headquarters is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
